Is there a way of downloading music from my previous iTunes without waiting 90 days?
I am trying to download music I recently purchased. But i have been notified that I have to wait 90 days because my iPhone is registered with another Apple ID.

If you use iTunes match, automatic downloads or redownload an account's past purchases then you are likely to tie the computer or device to that account for 90 days : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627
