I just updated to Pages 5.0 and I am writing a document that uses both, Spanish and English...I used to use the inspector to change spelling and languages. How do I do that in this new version?...HELP!!!

Edit > Spelling and Grammar > Show Spelling and Grammar
Oh...sorry... I used to change my documen's language to and from, let's say Spanish (when I work on bilingual documents) and Inspector gave me the option so I could check for errors... now I don't know how to do this.

But just told you how. Don't you see the window for the dictionary when you follow those directions?
I did that, and if I choose a language then I can do that, word by word. Can I choose BILINGUAL to work with two languages at the same time?
Try going to system preferences/keyboard/text/spelling and setting up "automatic" for just English and Spanish.
That is the best you can do.
I can only choose there ONE (either English or Spanish) but not both... how do I do both? THANKS FOR HELPING!
Pages 5 now purports to automatically detect the language and correct based on what it finds. Unfortunately, this autodetect does not work very well. I tried it on some of my documents and sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. The ability to choose the language yourself, or choose All, was great in Pages 4.3, and has been removed in Pages 5.0 along with many, many other features. I suggest going to Apple feedback and complaining about this new "feature".
