Just got the iPad mini witth retina display. After 2 week i will no longer turn on or charge once it became hot. I called tech support and I tried to factory reset but no dice. What should I do next?

If the iPad is only a few weeks old, return the device and ask for a replacement.
The iPad comes with a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. If it is getting hot, it quit working and restoring to factory settings didn't fix it, IMO you have a faulty iPad.
