My itunes keeps crashing when I try to sync with my 5th gen ipod touch. It says syncing step 1 of 7 then freezes. Both itunes and ipod are fully up to date and I have no other problems, ( ipod works fine, itunes works fine when ipod is not connected to my laptop). I've never had this problem before.
