iOS 7 update, when I delete messages on iPhone 4s they won't delete on hotmail!

1. Delete the Hotmail account and reinstall it using the Hotmail template

2. You cannot downgrade the iOS to an earlier version, ever, period.

I've heard of this issue. First-- hotmail doesn't exist as an option anymore. Instead it's outlook.com. For some reason, sometimes it sets it up as a pop account, meaning that it doesn't tell the server what it does with the emails it downloads. I think if you set it up as an exchange account it should work.

You might be able to do it as an other too, but it might try to auto fill the email settings so you'd have to fake it out by putting a fake email domain to start them erase it an put in the correct one after it gives you the settings to edit.

These are just suggestions, you might do some more research to find out more info though, or if anyone has better information on the issue.

I can't get may email to delete at all! I have comcast and now when I delete the mail it reappears the next time I open my mail. It isn't marked new, but it won't go away either. Same problem with my yahoo account.

If I have read correctly, I have Solved this issue. with ios 7. All you have to do is delete your account in your iphone and ipad and then re add the account through outlook option in your iphone/ipad. this will automatically delete any emails from any where. for example, if you delete from the iphone it will delete from the main server and the ipad, and if you do it in the server it will also update your iphone and ipad.
