Q: 'Invalid SIM' appear at my iPhone 4

This phone is given by sister, she already out of her contract at UK and she also successful unlocked this phone.

Why I put in SIM card still showing 'No Services' or 'Invalid SIM'?

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.3
