Print with aperture 3.5

Hello everybody

First i'm sorry because there will be some specific terms that i won't be able to translate very well (i'm from french polynesia).

I'm trying to print pictures with my printer Pixma MX 420 and aperture. i'm trying to change in the print preset (? not sure with the translation) the quality of the paper which i only have ordinary paper as option and the print resolution as standard.... i can't change any of these....
