How can I transfer my pictures from my old phone to my new phone

First import them to your computer:

iOS: Importing personal photos and videos from iOS devices

Then sync the photos to your new iPhone with iTunes:

iTunes: Syncing photos

You could if you want transfer all data with a back up and restore from back up:
