Q: I just purchased two games from the App Store, but it isn't actually downloading them. Does anyone know what to do?

I just bought both versions of the Harry Potter Lego game, which the app store shows as being purchased, but it will not actually download them. When I click the button to install it starts and then promptly stops. It isn't showing that it is even attempting to down load them. I am not sure what to do next.
