Security questions
My security questions reset link will not send to my email. I have have tried several times in the past week. I have checked spam. I never receive an email from Apple. How can I fix this.?

If you aren't receiving the email to your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder on it as well as the inbox) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
