Pre-order not showing up in purchase history?

I pre-ordered a movie a while ago but I do not see it in my purchase history and am not seeing any "manage pre-order" options when I go in to my account summary. I have tried pre-ordering it again but iTunes sends me an error message saying that it is currently unavailable at this time. It's supposed to be coming out today. t's 12:26 in the morning, I'm a little tired, and I've been struggling with this for 2 hours now. Does anyone have an idea of what I might be able to do?
