MY FINDER KEEPS RESTARING AND LOOPING THIS ANOYING , I CANT SAVE NOTHING UNLESS IS A SMALL FILE BEFORE IT RESTARTS.
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!!! I GOT A PROJECT DUE THIS WEEK AND CANT EVEN SAVE IT AS.

I had this same problem. I don't use Google Drive, but I used to use Dolly Drive. Removing the DollySpaceTools folder did the trick.
Startupdiskname/Library/Application Support/DollySpaceTools
(This was driving me nuts!)
BTW, Dolly Drive has a note on their support page that says they have an update that is Mavericks compatible. I did not have that update installed when I installed Mavericks.
