Table of contents formatting weirdly

Hi Guys,

I've put together an A5 documents with facing pages (so larger outside margin than inside), dropped in some lipsum generated text to get styles right and noticed an issue with my ToC. The below screenshot shows how the output ends up and I'm trying to figure out why there appears to be a line break or so instead of normal right aligned page numbers.

I've been digging around everywhere and can't seem to find anything that explains what this could be at all! I'm using Pages '09, latest updates installed.

Any ideas how to fix it?
