Does anyone know of an app that does voice-activated recording, and allows the user to set a threshold of background noise (during which not to record) such that if the sound level gets above it, then it starts recording for a while?
yep, I did a google search first. But testing a lot of the apps mentioned in those discussions revealed that they either have no voice-activated recording feature or have one but won't let you set the threshold. I am not looking for a free app - I'll buy it, if it does what I want.
