I just recently purchased a Macbook Air and it came with Mountain Lion. I upgraded to Mavericks, but no pages, keynote, or numbers. I went to apply for the up to date program as you suggested, but it said my serial number for the mac does not exist. My serial is CO2LKP7UF5V7 and I purchased the mac on December 14, 2013. Thanks.
Justin
