I own a white iPhone 5 and just worried about the looks and the beauty of the phone. I just don't want to lose it. Is it necessary to use a case to protect the back of the iPhone? ( Actually I hate using cases personally, but if I need to use for retaining the beauty, I will use one.)

I carry mine in a Sena leather slip case. That way it is protected in my pocket, but I slide it out to use without any covering or case on it.
That has been my compromise since I too hate to use it with any kind of case or covering. I've been using Sena slip cases since the iPhone 3 and my used iPhones look very near like new even after up to two years of daily use (my iPhone is my only telephone).

There are clear covers and screen protectors that you can use.
That makes iPhone too bulky! This takes away its original feel!

Is it necessary to use a case for iPhone 5? The back of iPhone 5 isn't scratch resistant?
