Q: Document moves and authentication issues.

I'm using OS X 10.7.5. I'm trying to organize documents in Finder. Why must I authenticate for each document move to a folder?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

If you are getting prompts to authorized moves, you could have issues with permissions to those items and folders. Check out the article below to troubleshooting further.
