How do I transfer iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) documents from an iPad 1 to an iPad 4 WiFi?

You can sync them with iTunes in the Apps tab to get the documents to your computer and then sync them back. Another option is to have iCloud enabled to have the documents sync across all of your devices wirelessly.
