Nov 5, 2013 12:26 PM in response to Carolyn Samitby whatu2,Your instructions didn't work. "file not found". So I went to computer, my hard drive, "library", "preferences". I found the file there and put it in trash. I was expecting to loose functionality of my keyboard/trackpad but they are both still there, a la this message. The other day when this problem first started I removed the keyboard and reinstalled it. Today I just rebooted with no USB devices installed and the keyboard came back. I'll let you know if your solution works long term.
