Nov 5, 2013 1:49 PM in response to johnnyfarah1by Joe Gramm,Go to your Keychain and delete any Items related to Outlook & Lync. The next time you open Outlook or Lync say never to saving the Password in Keychain. I'm not sure what the exact message will say, but choose the equivalent of never.

Nov 5, 2013 2:22 PM in response to Joe Grammby johnnyfarah1,Hey Joe,
I deleted everything in my keychain that has to do with Outlook/Lync which solved my problems of my account to lock out. Unfortunatly, it only prompts me to enter a password with the option to cancel the pop-up window. It shows up like 20 times an hour.

Nov 5, 2013 2:31 PM in response to johnnyfarah1by Joe Gramm,What I would do then is enter your Passwords. Then in 90 days go back to Keychain/Select the Items, but this time "Change" the password to your new password. Seems like a reasonable thing to do every 90 days.

For anyone following, just be careful you don't accidentally copy the full stop. (Rookie mistake cost me 2 attempts :-) )
