Q: Data billing overcharges recently why?
Recently the bills for Data have exceeded the 2 and or 3 GB. 2 Months ago this was not happening. Is the OS system to blame? The version of IPhone we have is older. Now that the new iPhone 5, have hit the towers, I am wondering if this is affecting the billing.
We cannot afford another $1200.00 bill. We have 2 iphones at this time, but are looking at paying out the contract and go to a different device.
We have asked tech support. We have asked for an investigation. We have purchased a Turbo Hub with extra data. Plus we have isolated the iPhone to use only wi-fi and we still are hitting astronomical billings?????
So now we are turning off the phone completely and not using, so if something is happening in the back ground, we have no control. This is last resort after this week, if usage is still running we will no longer have iphones again.
