So just as the question says, shouldn't the lock screen be on for at least 10 seconds or so after a restart? Has anyone experienced this? I tried restoring through iTunes and resetting and so on, it still happens.
Please help!!
iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.3, iPhone problem

When I turn my iPhone 5s off then on again, the screen would stay on at the lock screen for like a second then the screen would turn off.
