Why is my ipad 3rd generation keep rebooting after updated to latest version?

I just recently updated my ipad 3rd generation with retina display to 7.0.3 and every time I use it the iPad would reboot constantly when I'm either using a app, searching the web, and or watching a movie it would just randomly reboot.
