My Airport Express Base Station stopped working.... Help

Please help.... I'm so dependent on my Airport Express Base Station and it has stopped working! It started with "Fast Blinking Green Light". I followed recomendations and did a hard reset by holding the reset button and pluging it in power source.... now it flashes green but my laptop won't see the Airport. I was told to use Ethernet Cable to set it up. I can't log on to it how do I do that? My browser is Firefox and I'm not sure what IP address is required it that is the way to do it........ Help!

Please perform a "factory default" reset on your AirPort Express. Note you may need to do this a few times to make sure it "sticks." Once completed successfully, the status light should flash amber NOT green.

This type of reset will reconfigure the Express to its factory settings. That is, it will broadcast an unsecured Wi-Fi network with a network name (aka SSID) of something like: Apple Network NNNNNN

Can your Win7 computer find and connect to this network now? If it can, then do so and the AirPort Utility on the PC should now be able to find the Express.
