Report fake/counterfeit Earpods

I am not a happy camper, when I found out I bought some couterfit Earpods from a Dutch company online.

And now im tryong to get my mey back from them and send the fake Earpods back... but seems the wont coperate.

Anyone know of a legal way to get this done?
