My Macbook suddenly started acting weird, like can't keep the pointer on anything. the webpage keep moving backward and different apps keeps coming on the screen

I need help with my macbook pro, I cant control the pointer or the mouse board, the arrow or the pointer keeps moving away and the webscreen moves backward or forward by itself.
