My iPhone 5 keeps saying no service

I've had my iPhone 5 since June, and it has no warrenty. Yesterday it started saying "No service" everywhere I go. I can use my wifi from my house but that's it. It wont toggle between service, its constant no service. I've reset network settings, all settings, reinsertted the sim card and turned the phone off and back on multiple times. Nothing is working, I can't call my Tmobile provider because I have no service. Someone please help
