You need the original gray system install/restore disks that shipped with the comptuer, or a full retail install disk set for a compatible version of OSX.
Unfortunatley, these cost serious money if you don't already have them--no downloadable sources and no free sources. A proper/legit retail set for OS 10.4 or 10.5 can cost more than the current value of a used powerbook.
