Q: Downloaded Album but does not appear in iTunes Library on PC

Good morning,

     Yesterday afternoon I downloaded an Album on my Iphone. When I went to my lap top last night to try and download the songs into my iTunes library they didn't automatically start downloading as some had in the past. I have home sharing on and my lap top as well as my phone is an authorized device. When I went into the iTunes store and clicked on purchased equipment the album did not appear, in fact nothing that I had ever downloaded appeared. I went to the iTunes store on the laptop thinking when I clicked on the Album it would say "Purchased" and I could redownload but no such luck with that either as it still told me it'd cost the $15.99 to download the album. I do not have iTunes Match.

Anyone have any idea how I can get this Album into my LapTop?
