deny file-read-data /Library/Preferences/com.apple.security-common.plist

When running Safari 7 I'm getting console messages every few minutes like this:

com.apple.WebKit(3397) deny file-read-data /Library/Preferences/com.apple.security-common.plist

So far, I haven't seen any problems in Safari accessing the keychain, but these alerts just seem to have started happening out of nowhere. Is this something I should worry about as a potential security issue?
