Does anyone know how to create a smart album based on whether a photo has been shared

I have never used keywords or stars to rate my photos. My best photos I normally share to Facebook, Flickr etc. Does anyone know of a way to create a smart album for photos based on whether they have been shared, or published? I have yet to find one. If anyone knows how to search in the same way that would work as well.
