mac crashes every day

i bought a Mac becasue I heard they are less prone to crashing. Its 4 weeks old and crashes every day 2 or 3 times a day. Quite frankly i am really disappointed


ive read forums and its all greek to me. I just want it to work!

I thought it had worked, but just like last time i sat and tried to use my Mac....constantly crashing. here is the last report.

I tried contacting the support....am told my Mac is out of technical help!!! Its only a month old. Im REALLY frustrated with this rubbish

They must have had that item on the shelf for a long time before being sold. Either take the item into an Apple store with the receipt to see what they can do for you or take it back to the department store and return it telling them it's defective. (after cleaning off the drive of all information)
