I just got off the line with 3rd level customer support who said they were VERY aware that this is a work in progress. They had gone back and forth with the software engineering team on my behalf on several points, and I could kind of see the seams of what they were and were not allowed to discuss/admit, but I was directly told that they were working actively to "bring it back."

Even said to post repeatedly and to get others to do they same. They soudned like they genuinely wanted both our comments and the pressure it provides.
On that note, I also recomend continuing to rate and/or review on the App Store.
