Forcing unrecognised external display resolution

Hello,

I have quick problem.

I want to use my 24" display with MBP 13". Unfortunately this display has wrong EDID information and that's why it says it has FullHD 1920x1080 resolution. Native resolution of this screen in 1920x1200, which makes fonts and everythig blurry.

While clicking in screen options to scaled resolutions with option key, I can see only lower resolutions.

What can I do to change system information about this monitor to be able to choose its native resolution?

I was looking for any good tutorial or information, but I didn't found it yet.

P.S. - under Windows it was possible to choose any other resolution in graphics drivers.

Thank you a lot!

Simon.
