Reset iPhone - now iTunes is download 700+ songs

I recently had a problem with my album art, so I decided to delete all music, back up my phone and then perform a full reset.

After doing this, the iTunes app is now trying to download around 700+ songs!

I don't want these songs on my iPhone. How can I stop this?
