input language in Numbers
How can i change the input language from English to Spanish in Numbers?
Numbers-OTHER, iOS 7.0.3
Are you talking about spellcheck? Look at Edit > Spelling and Grammar > Show Spelling and Grammar for the dictionary window.

Have you added Spanish in System Preferences>Keyboard>Input Sources?
If you have, check to make sure you have checked the "Show Input menu in menu bar" optoin. Then you should be able to toggle through input languages in the menu bar on top and choose whatever language you want to input. Mine looks like this:
