Contacts and calenders cannot be synced on the iphone ' %1$S '.

Hey guys,

When I plugged in my Iphone 4S into my windows computer. I got a error on top right where I ussaly can access my iphone ->

Contacts and calenders cannot be synced on the iphone ' %1$S '.

I cannot access my iphone and when I do click the error, it crashes itunes. It does not respond.

What version of Windows are you using, and is it up to date? What version of iTunes are you using? Your profile says iPhone 4s with iOS 7.0.3, is this correct?

Windows 7. Am sure am up to date. And yes Iphone 4s 7.0.3 is correct.

What about the version of iTunes? With a Windows computer, use the directions in this support document to remove the reinstall iTunes on your device. Make sure you follow these directions carefully for that to work. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923
