My iPhone 5 screen won't turn off!!!
My iPhone 5 screen won't turn off and I can't find in settings how to fix. It's draining the battery. Didn't have this problem before loading IOS 7.3. :-(

Auto-lock. Find in Settings>General>Auto-lock, set the time limit.
Thanks Chris I marked it to 1 minute so hopefully it will turn off. I had it marked to NEVER as I was tired of putting the 4 digit passcode in.
WOW THAT SOLVED IT. THANKS SO MUCH đ
You're welcome.
Those are two different settings. If you want to turn off the passcode lock, don't do it from there. That just determines when the screen shuts down into auto-lock. You make adjustments to the passcode lock in Settings>General>Passcode Lock. From there, you can either turn it off completely, or set the time period between when the passcode is required.

Thank you, Chris. Now! my screen goes dim in ONE minute. HOWEVER, and re: your directive above, my brand new iPhone 5 does not have a "Passcode Lock" option in its Settings>General menu. Might I look elsewhere?
It would depend on what version of iOS you have on the device. They changed the name and location with the introduction of the later iOS and the iPhone 5S. For the iPhone 5, it should say Passcode, however it is not under General anymore. It is a separate entry just under settings. Look for that.
This action for both the screen turn off and the pass code lock also works on the 6s.
