Q: ERROR ITMS-3000

I tried to upload an ePub FixedLayout and throws me the following error:

 

ERROR ITMS-3000: "Line 73 column 81: character content of element "file_name" invalid; must be a string matching the regular expression "[^./: ]+([.][^./: ]+)+" at XPath /package/book/assets/asset[1]/data_file/file_name"

 

How I can fix it?

    The "MORE LIKE THIS" box on the right shows more examples of your post.

    They basically list different issues.  

     

    Did the error stop the delivery of the  book?

     

    Is your iTunes Producer the current version?

     

    Have  you checked the  the information you  typed into iTP  and  filled in everything required?

     

    Did  you  use iBooks Author?
