No. You cannot dowgrade your iPad once you have upgraded iOS.

Dear chuckB, is your ipad still at the original old icons ones? is it ipad version 6 or 7 cos I am into them old icons. you could link up your itunes with my ipad and I could get my old ipad back. what do you say?

Unfortunately it won't work. No mattr what you do you can't downgrade your iPad.
