Late 2013 Macbook Pro Retina 13'' Wifi Issues

My new MBPR's wifi is very slow and constantly drops the connection, although it is showing that it is always connected. If I restart the computer it fixes the problem for a little bit then it starts again. I have a 2012 Macbook Pro on the same network with no isseues, and I will have to use it sometimes just to be able to browse the web. Is there any way to fix the issue on the new Macbook?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), OS X Mavericks (10.9)

Sorry, but 10.9.2 don't solve the issue:

10.9.2 seems to fix my problem. My Late 2012 MBP 13 Retina had awful ping on 2.4Ghz, though worked fine on 5Ghz. After updating to 10.9.2 I switched my Airport Express (1st gen. version) back to 2.4Ghz b/g/n. Here is the ping test:

Much better comparing to old tests. And I don't have "No Internet connection" messages anymore.

After one hour since update to 10.9.2 I can add to my previous post, that Transmit Rate drops sometimes to 5 and connection freezes for a moment, though connection is stable and I'm online all the time (Dropbox for example shows that it's connected). Before update my MBP could lose connection and some of my apps could go offline. Not perfect, but now better than before.

So those of you who have high ping or connection issues after installing 10.9.2 -- is bluetooth enabled? I'm currently using an external wifi usb adapter which works like a charm -- constant ping, no timeouts. It has to be sth. to do with wifi / bluetooth interferences, i guess.

so it hasnt changed since the 10.9.2.beta2. I rolled back to the original Mavericks driver because the beta made things worse for me. Not looking forward to 10.9.2 after hearing that.

Also seeing how well the wifi can perform under Windows makes this even more sad for me.

Haven't tested sans bluetooth with 10.9.2 (I'm working with an external display and keyboard/trackpad), but with 10.9.1, bluetooth on/off made no difference: wifi was poor either way.
