After tweaking a couple iCloud settings on my WINDOWS PC,

After tweaking a couple iCloud settings on my WINDOWS PC, (mail & contacts) I started receiving a password request for server p01-imap.mail.me.com. My Apple credentials arent working, but I am receiving email across all computers and devices. The User ID, already shown, isn't even correct for any .me account I've ever had or remember. I've seen similar questions posted by users from Macs & devices but not Windows. Help me get rid of the pesky box pls? And I already tried opening the iCloud control center and closing it, as well as logging in and out again, suggestions seen in other posts from Mac users, not working,
