icloud password?

How can i find the icloud password that was used to register the "find my ipad" feature when i bought it just a few months ago. After todays update I can no longer use it without first signing in... I accepted the free package when i first set it up, but no longer have access to anything!!!.. My itunes account is valid, but icloud just wont let me move on... HELPPP
