I cant download apps

Are you connected to wifi service?

If the apps are waiting:

Fix iOS Apps Stuck on “Waiting…” During Download & Install

Otherwise, assuming you have an internet connection (Safari works)

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out and sign back in

- Power off and then back on your router

- Download the apps on your computer and sync

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

That is the same with me. I have the iphone 5c and every time I try to download a free app that I have never downloaded before it says unable to purchase even though it's free and it just keeps showing that is is downloading even though it's not. What shale I do? I want to download apps but it won't let me

I Have this problem too but instead when I try to download an app, it asks me for my password. After I put in my password it loads and if the app is free (after the circle thing is circling) it goes back and it sais free again! i tried it again but it did it again!! Please someone, what shall I do to resolve this problem??

I also had this problem before and now i had fix it

Go to setting > general>reset> reset all setting

Dont worry your data will not deleted

Hope it will solve your problem ^^
