Fix iOS Apps Stuck on “Waiting…” During Download & Install
Otherwise, assuming you have an internet connection (Safari works)
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out and sign back in
- Power off and then back on your router
- Download the apps on your computer and sync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

I have the iphone 5c and every time I try to download a free app that I have never downloaded before it says unable to purchase even though it's free and it just keeps showing that is is downloading even though it's not. What shale I do? I want to download apps but it won't let me

After I put in my password it loads and if the app is free (after the circle thing is circling) it goes back and it sais free again! i tried it again but it did it again!! Please someone, what shall I do to resolve this problem??

- Verify that you do not have any restrictions set that would prevent installing the app. Settings>General>Restrictions.
- Purchase in iTunes on your computer and try to sync to the iPod
