I cant download apps

When I try to download an app, it doesn´t download. It keeps loading instead.


Then, It says I have 4 updates, and when i tap there, updates doesn´t load too.


What shall I do?

iPod touch, iOS 7.0.3

If the apps are waiting:

Fix iOS Apps Stuck on “Waiting…” During Download & Install

Otherwise, assuming you have an internet connection (Safari works)

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Go to Settings>iTunes and App Store and sign out and sign back in

- Power off and then back on your router

- Download the apps on your computer and sync

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

- Verify that the app is compatible with your ipod and iOS

- Verify that you do not have any restrictions set that would prevent installing the app. Settings>General>Restrictions.

- Purchase in iTunes on your computer and try to sync to the iPod
