Will we be in Sync?

i have an ipad, iphone and imac that i use for my business. i am considering getting ipad minis for my children. i want to use my apple id on their devices so we don't have to buy all apps again for each device. i have my calendar and contacts on icloud so it syncs on all of my devices. Can i disable it on their devices only so they don't get my sync updates and have access to it?

iPad, iOS 7.0.3

Slight amendment to Axeman1020's comment:

You can only be signed in to one iTunes account at a time and only one primary iCloud account at a time per device but they do not have to be the same Apple ID.

You can also be signed in to one or more secondary iCloud account(s) for Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and/or Notes. (Only the primary iCloud account can be used for Safari, Keychain, Photo Stream, Documents & Data, and Find My iDevice.)

Some functions (like iMessages and FaceTime) allow at most one AppleID to be active at once, but it may not have to be the same as any of the others. (I haven't tried it, but the interface allows signing out of each and supplying a new ID.)
