iphone sends emails while typing

My iphone has just started doing weird things. When I select "edit" because I want to choose an email to delete instead it will go and choose an email at the bottom of the page and open it up. Another thing it has been doing is while I am typing an email it will go back to the beginning automatically so I have to go and move the cursor back to where I was last. It also will send the email automatically while I am still in the middle of it so that my email doesn't even make any sense. How can I stop this from happening? I know very well that I am not pressing the send button by mistake and this did not happen before I updated to IOS7.
