I downloaded a game from App Store . After playing I deleted . Now I want it again but I want play it from beginning not from middle of game .
How can I download it ?

The game has no option to create a new user or character or another save slot - is that correct? Not that it matters all that much, but what is the game?
When you delete any app, you also delete the data in that app and that includes games. Unless this game is synced to its own server and saves progress based on your account and username, if you reinstall it, you should be able to start all over again.
If nothing else works, maybe you can create a new character or user ...or whatever you have available in the options or settings that let you start again or play as another user.
After doing a little bit of research, it seems like the only way that you can start all over again is by restoring your iPad as a new device - not from a backup - and then start all over again. That seems to be extremely radical to me just to play a game all over again.

Changing your Apple ID on your iPad is not a good idea. All apps purchased or downloaded with the previous ID will continue to be associated with the old ID and you will need that ID and password to update those apps.
I thought about that, but I assume that he means that he created another Apple ID so that he could create another account in Game Center....just like creating another ID to use for multiple iCloud accounts .... That type of thing.
