8.1 Trackpad Incompatibility

Hey guys! No scrolling works in my 8.1 bootcamp. I installed the drivers for the mouse and got kind of an error which said that the driver may not have installed correctly. So I've tried to reinstall it but get the same result. Also, right clicking doesn't work. I know that double clicking in windows is different that in osx but it still doesnt work. So all that my mouse does in 8.1 is move around and left-click. It is impossible to right-click and to scroll. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I appreciate the help.
