How do I submit a RSS feed CHANGE to an existing podcast rss feed url?

I have a new podcast rss feed url that needs to REPLACE the existing podcast that is currently on itunes.

Do I need to:

1. remove the exiting podcast rss feed on itunes and submit the new url as a new request? (in which case...please let me know how to remove a podcast from itunes)

2. request an url change to the existing rss feed? Again, please let me know how to do this?
