What can they do for my iPhone 5?

A while ago I took in my iPhone 5 because it got damaged (it was wonky on one side) and they said it would cost about $250 to fix and I thought it was a good deal so I said I would come back when I had the money for it. (My Iphone still worked 100% fine.) Not too long ago my iPhone 5 has been trashed and is bairly in one piece and does not work and the screen is broken. I'm annoyed that this happened and I'm wondering, will they still replace my iPhone 5 now that it is even MORE damaged then before? the first time I went in (when it was only wonky) they said they would replace it for $250. Will this still be the case?
